 Women’s Ministries Women’s Ministries offers numerous activities, events and service projects which provide a variety of ways for women to fellowship and grow in Christian love and friendship. Friendship with other women is vital to the health and well-being of women of all ages. Having the opportunity to share with our “girlfriends” our praises as well as our prayer requests deepens our friendships, emboldens our faith, and strengthens our relationship with God. Our Mission
Women’s Ministries is structured to meet the needs of the vast majority of women at Oklahoma City First Church of the Nazarene. We sponsor activities and events for women of all ages as well as participate in service projects providing women the opportunity to reach out to others in Christian love and friendship. Some of the activities we sponsor include Fall and Spring Bible Studies, Annual Birthday Bash, Ladies Nights Out, Spring Retreat, Angel Tree (co-sponsor with Men’s Ministries) as well as a variety of other service projects. This year, we are placing an even greater emphasis on service projects and will continue to partner with our friends at Penn Avenue Church of the Nazarene, OKC Primera, and First Indian Church of the Nazarene. |
